About Rev. Xiomara Malagon:
Rev. Xiomara Malagon is from the Dominican Republic (DR). She attended the Ministerial Education Program at Unity School of Christianity, as an international student. She graduated and became licensed and ordained in 1999.

In December 2001, she was hired by the Association of Unity Churches, Inc., (dba as Unity Worldwide Ministries), as Worldwide Support Coordinator. In this position, she trained, counseled, and coached leaders of Unity worldwide. She moved to Atlanta in December of 2010 and continued to serve UWM remotely until she retired in April of 2018.

She joined Unity Atlanta Church in 2011 and currently serves in the Congregational Care Team. She also offers lectures and workshops at Unity ministries in and outside of the United States and officiates bilingual wedding ceremonies and other services.

Rev. Xiomara was honored with the 2020 Myrtle Fillmore Award for her service and dedication to the Unity movement.

During her downtime, she loves making jewelry, indoor gardening, cooking and outdoor walks. She lives with her daughter Annette and cat Coco in Sandy Springs, GA.
