About Rev. Dolores Voorhees

Rev. Dolores Voorhees is an independent New Thought minister. She was ordained in 1990, by the Rev. Dr. Barbara Lewis King, the Founder of Hillside International Truth Center in Atlanta, Ga. Rev. Dolores served as the Senior Minister of Hillside International Truth Center from 2014 until she retired in 2019.She served more than 28 years in various capacities at Hillside.In 2003, Rev. Dolores (Jackson) Voorhees was inducted into the Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College Chapel.

Rev. Dolores has been a guest speaker at churches throughout Metro Atlanta, the Gold Rush Women’s Conferences in Chicago, Il., a panelist and speaker at the International New Thought Alliance Conferences in Mesa, AZ, and served as the District President of Georgia for INTA. She is a coveted speaker, workshop leader and teacher.

Spiritual wholeness is a soul experience.  Whatever you demonstrate in your life is an outpicturing of your consciousness, a soul imprint being revealed.

Throughout his ministry, Jesus taught that everyone can live in the world, but not be of the world.  As he instructed, you too can live from Spirit first, your awareness of God, assured that everything you need is being provided for you, that everything you need to know is being revealed to you.

As a divine spiritual being with a radiant soul, living in a sacred body temple, having human experiences, you are not meant to retreat from the world.  You are meant to engage with the world in ways that model the great wisdom, strength, and love already imprinted within you.

Imagine how you could be wholly yourself.  Imagine how it would feel living without being caught in the daily grind, ceaseless drama, or constant chaos.  Imagine saying you feel good, you feel energized, you feel free and happy being all you are.
