Past, present, and future are markers of time. They also are states of consciousness that help us determine our best choices now.

The way we think about and mark time affects our energy and how well we demonstrate fulfilling, healthy, happy, and prosperous lives. So when we manage our energy, not our time, we recognize that our greatest success comes from living on Spirit’s time, not the day-to-day grind of an earthly calendar. In Spirit, we discover that we can be time travelers who honor our divinity and our own unique experiences.
