January 19 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Timeless Wisdom for Traveling New Roads—-Sunday Messages for Winter 2025

Date: Sunday, January 19 — MLK Sunday
Time: 11:00am ET

Message: “The Beloved Community: When Love uses its Power to enact Justice”– Rev. (Dr.) Sedrick Gardner, Guest Speaker, with Rev. Jenn

Theme: The Beloved Community as MLK espoused is when people will take their spiritual awareness into the world to be examples of love and compassion in action. Bernice King, Dr. King’s daughter who runs the King Center says its time to walk our talk; we pontificated about it and now its time just to BE IT. To BE LOVE!

  2. Teaching and Ministerial Studies from Emory School of Medicine and
  3. Master of Divinity and Doctor of Divinity from the College of Metaphysical Studies.

He travels the World on spiritual peace missions with The White Rose Foundation, whose goal is to bring all the major religions together as different spokes of the One Wheel of God.

Rev. Dr. Sedrick is particularly excited at being here at Unity Atlanta Church for Martin Luther King Jr. weekend because he began his New Thought journey at Atlanta Unity Church at our previous location on Chamblee Dunwoody Road at the age of 21, when Jay Dishman was our Senior Minister.

Sunday Messages for Winter 2025: Timeless Wisdom for Traveling New Roads

Spiritual growth is a process, a sometimes moment-by-moment experience.  The focus of your intentions and how you direct your energy means everything!

Ancient wisdom says that God’s spirit is poured into everyone—no matter who they are, where they live, how they look, how they identify, or who they love.  Ancient wisdom assures you that you can do great works.

To live by this wisdom, timeless and enduring, you must set your intention to live from Spirit first, then discern what is yours to do.

Because, even though life can be uncertain, you are always a divine spiritual being, with a radiant soul, living in a sacred body temple, having human experiences.  And no matter what may have occurred in your life before this moment, you can begin again, and travel new roads of healing, peace, and prosperity.

Join us at 11:00 am, ET, in person or via livestream, to embrace the power of a new year and a new you. All Messages by Rev Jenn, unless otherwise noted.
