We are spiritual beings with radiant souls living in sacred body temples having human experiences.  In spirit, much is easy and absolute.  We may say we are God’s divine beloveds.  We may understand the big-picture concepts of being patient, loving, and kind.  We may have a sense of ourselves as “good people,” whatever that means.

But sometimes, being good and practicing deep spiritual concepts is easier said than done.  Worldly chaos, combined with our own doubts and insecurities, can overwhelm us.  As a result, we may end up struggling with outer circumstances and neglecting our inner spirit.
