Music has the power to soothe us, inspire us, and heal us to be better and feel better. Our favorite songs can reach deep into our bodies and nurture the spirit within. When we are moving and grooving, or resting and renewing, our playlist becomes sacred medicine, reminding us of our own inner wisdom and indomitable strength.
Music is not only a gateway to spiritual expression; it is the expression of Spirit within each composer, lyricist, performer, and listener. Join us each Sunday at 11:00 am Eastern time, in person or via livestream, as we celebrate songs, literally and metaphysically, that affirm our divine essence and honor our precious soul energy.
