T’ai Chi Class

T’ai Chi Ch’uan (T’ai Chi fro short) is a Chinese martial art movement practice that is renowned for its countless health and life benefits. An exercise, a learning tool, a self-defense method, a movement form without limits, T’ai Chi is an art that allows the practitioner to engage in all aspects of the self. It is for everyone: weak or strong, old or young.
This class is for anyone interested in learning T’Ai Chi Ch’uan from the beginning, studying the Yang Style Long Form in the style of Lee Shiu Pak. All students are still beginners at this time so do not be concerned about having T’ai Chi experience.
