 The Purple Priestess Weekly “Grief Release” Groups
Struggling with anticipatory, current or complex grief? Let’s work through it together, while exploring a range of topics and activities aimed at transforming grief, healing, and connection.

 What we’ll do:

• Understanding Grief: Participants will learn about the different stages of grief, coping mechanisms, and the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies loss.
• Self-Care and Healing: We’ll discuss self-care practices, rituals, and techniques to support healing during the grieving process.
• Expressive Arts: Participants can explore creative outlets such as writing, art, or music to express their emotions and memories.
• Community Support: The group provides a safe space for sharing experiences, connecting with others who understand, and building a supportive community.
• Spiritual Perspectives: We’ll explore various spiritual and metaphysical perspectives on grief, including rituals, symbols, and practices.

Each session will be guided by Rev. Katina Z. Jones, aka “The Purple Priestess.” Katina is a certified Doulagivers™ Care Consultant, with a Proficiency Badge from the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA) and extensive training as a death doula as well as in end-of-life planning processes. She holds a degree in metaphysical counseling from The University of Metaphysics-Sedona.
